Frank Weldon was an Atlanta resident who was named secretary of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce in 1902. James. L. Key (1866-1939), a lawyer who served two terms as mayor of Atlanta. By 1902, he was councilman representing the sixth ward and ran for mayor in 1904 and 1918 first losing to then defeating James Woodward. He was easily re-elected in the 1920 election.
